In the near future, the Professional Services Selection committee will recommend a consulting assignment for the following projects.

Title: On-Call Program Management Services for Sewer Consent Decree
Project Number:  2013-05 (PDF)
Description: Professional Services are needed to assist Baltimore County with the management of the requirements identified in its Consent Decree with EPA/MDE related to sanitary sewer overflows. Typical assignments may include: Assistance with overall program management and control functions including planning, scheduling, prioritizing, monitoring, coordinating and budgeting for investigation activities, design and construction of corrective action and improvement projects and maintenance activities; Evaluation of maintenance strategies and technologies; Assistance with information management and GIS ;Compiling information and preparing reports and correspondence as required for  EPA and MDE and other governmental and State agencies; Evaluation of resource needs; Technical assistance for special projects; Assistance with public information dissemination through presentations and other media.

Title: On-Call Architectural Design Services

Description: Professional architectural services are required to provide feasibility studies for buildings, prepare reports, project estimates, program statements, schematic designs, design development, construction documents and perform construction administration for new construction of, or renovations to Baltimore County Government buildings and facilities.

Description: Professional mechanical and electrical engineering services are required to prepare reports, schematic designs, design development, construction documents and perform construction administration for new construction or renovations of existing mechanical and electrical systems for Baltimore County Government buildings and facilities.
