Sonia
Chapin, Director of Affirmative Action Outsourcing for Berkshire
Associates Inc. Sonia is an expert on the Office of Federal Contract

IV. Event:
Ms.
Chapin will provide participants with the knowledge necessary to
prepare their company for doing business with the federal government,
either as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Participants will gain a
clear understanding of the unique affirmative action obligations to
which contractors and subcontractors must adhere. For example, The
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published

complete their Veterans affirmative action plan (AAP).
Any
company doing business with, or planning to do business with the
federal government, must be aware of Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs' (OFCCP), the government agency responsible for
enforcing equal employment and affirmative action within the contractor

impact it has on your business and your ability to do business with the
federal government.
