Fundamental Project & Contract Management Class

The Government Contracting Institute- Presented by TargetGov & bwtech@UMBC
Join Us May 7, 2013!

With the government tightening its budget and expecting greater value from contract relationships, it is important to avoid unnecessary costs and risks involved in delivering a product or service. Companies know their reputation and bottom line depends on meeting all terms of a contract. Project management is an essential part of not only completing the contract, but also every phase of contract management. Implementing effective project management techniques will deliver financial savings and manage risk better than many other business activities. It can even be a factor in deciding who is awarded the contract.
