WSSC’s Small, Local and Minority Business Enterprise (SLMBE) Director to be Honored by Women of Prince George’s

LAUREL – December 3, 2013: Towanda Livingston, Director of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission’s (WSSC) Small, Local and Minority Business Enterprise (SLMBE) Office, will receive a recognition award from The Women of Prince George’s on Thursday, December 12, at their 4th Annual Holiday & Awards Breakfast.

The Women of Prince George’s, a networking group for entrepreneurs and professional women in the Greater Prince George’s area, selected Livingston for her “dedication and commitment to the success of small business.”

WSSC is committed to a goal of providing minority, women and small, local business enterprises the opportunity to compete for our business, whether directly with WSSC or by subcontracting through primary suppliers.
