ANNAPOLIS - Anne Arundel County's stormwater management program has a new leader.
Beginning Feb. 13, Erik Michelsen will be an administrator of the Watershed Protection and Restoration Program.
He is the executive director of the South River Federation, a local watershed organization that conducts its own stormwater management projects.
Michelsen will oversee planning and restoration efforts to ease polluted runoff into waterways and the Chesapeake Bay.
