Mike Phennicie has handed out 804 educational awards in the last 16 years.
At the end of the 16th annual Education Excellence Awards Dinner on Tuesday, it could be the last time he does it.
"It might be the last time I'm onstage, but I'll still be on the board - I'm not going anywhere," the Glen Burnie resident said.
