Fort Meade Summer Concert Series

Fort George G. Meade and the United States Army Field Band invite you to the 2013 Summer Concert Series. 

All performances begin at 7 p.m. and are held at Constitution Park.

All concerts are open to the public and are free of charge!

BBI WEBINAR
"Identify Theft and IT Risk for Small Business Owners"

III. Presenters: Carene Simon, Managing Partner, LegalShield. Ms. Simon brings years of experience in educating small businesses and Individuals how to prevent and protect their Identity. I provide a comprehensive Identity theft and legal solutions to protecting and your valuable identity.
IV. Event: Ms. Simon will discuss Identify Thefts and walk us through the detect, deter, and defend situations that small businesses experience. Do not assume that identify theft is limited to individuals. A growing number of identity theft is on small business owners. If you own a small business it is important to learn why and how to protect your business from identity theft criminals. Becoming a victim of identity theft yourself is possible the biggest risk to small business owners.

BBI BROWN BAG
What is Army Team C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) ? Where does your business fit?"

I. Date: Thursday, June 20th
II. Time: 12:00PM - 1:30PM
III. Presenter: James T Lockwood, President and Senior Consultant for The Lockwood Group, possesses 35 years of defense acquisition, program & contract management, logistics and C4ISR experience within all levels of Communications Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC), retiring as an Associate Director for the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) in 2007. He was responsible for leading several significant projects within the Command including establishing Communication Electronic Command's (CECOM) $2 Billion RESET office. Mr. Lockwood is a West Point graduate having received numerous awards for his government service. He is widely known within the C4ISR Community as a leader who regularly formulates unique solutions to solve complex acquisition challenges.
IV. Event: Mr. Lockwood will brief the audience on the Army C4ISR construct. He will provide a high level overview of the Army C4ISR organizational structure to help companies understand the relationships between organizations, customers and the Warfighter. He will conduct a deep discussion on where technology, acquisition and services are trending within the C4ISR marketplace. Finally, he will close out the brief with actionable direction and answer any questions.
