Exercise - A diabetes educator leads a one-hour class discussion and offers
suggestions on how to make simple nutrition and exercise changes to help
achieve weight loss, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and prevent diabetes.
The cost of the class is $25 (cash or check accepted) and reservations are

will also be offered on Friday, December 13 (9 to 10 a.m.) and Monday, December
23 (2 to 3 p.m.)
